 A Leuconostoc Mesenteroids Sturcture:

 - The Structure of a Leuconostoc Mesenteroides is simple. The leuconostoc Mesenteroides are in a rod shape or a cocci shape, which produce lactic acid, and are always in chains. The cocci rods are also long and slender and are strictly anaerobic, meaning they cannot tolerate oxygen. Sometimes very rarely the leuconostoc mesenteroids can be in a bacilli shape. This kind of bacteria is also partially made up of amino acids, this bacteria is a lactic acid bacteria, that is why it is found on crop plants and that is also why they have tolerance to a lower PH. They are also non-spore forming and are incapable of respiration. Leuconsotoc Mesenteroides also have a lack of catalase and an inability to hydrolyze arginine.
